I lost my receipt; can I still register my product or file a warranty claim?
Unfortunately proof of purchase (either your receipt or order confirmation) is required to register your product for warranty.
In order to register your product we need proof of purchase to confirm important details such as the product purchased, date of purchase and retailer information. It also verifies you as the original owner of the product.
If you no longer have a copy of your receipt you can contact the store you purchased from and ask if they are able to locate a copy or reprint from their system so you can share with us.
