How do I register my product if it doesn't have a serial number?

If your product does not have a serial number it does not need to be registered for warranty. Should you have an issue with it be sure to keep your receipt and contact us if the need should arise. If the product is still within the warranty period it will have warranty coverage but it does not need to be registered.

I lost my receipt; can I still register my product or file a warranty claim?

Unfortunately proof of purchase (either your receipt or order confirmation) is required to register your product for warranty. In order to register your product we need proof of purchase to confirm important details such as the product purchased, date of purchase and retailer information. It also verifies you as the original owner of the product.
