How to Find Your Serial Number

Head to https://support.midlandpowerinc.com/ and click on Product Registration
- Then click on 'Where can I find my serial number?'
- It will bring up a search for Brand and Model. Select your Brand then under Model scroll to find yours or start typing to narrow down the list
Product/Model/SKU Not Found
If you cannot find your SKU/Product/Model in the list it's possible your product is not supported by Midland Power.
Please refer to your owner's manual to confirm whether your product is supported by Midland Power or by another manufacturer. If you no longer have your owner's manual please check the product listing from the place of purchase.
If it is supported by Midland Power you will likely see one or more of these three identifiers on the inside front or rear cover of the manual:
-Our toll free phone number 1-877-528-3772
-A Midland or Midland Power logo
-Text stating ‘This product is supported by Midland Power’
- Press Next to see an image of where your serial number is located as well as the format and number of characters your serial number will contain
- Once you have that exit the Serial Locator pop-up by clicking the x or out into the grey space above
- Then input your Serial Number and Email to begin your registration
