How to Register Your Product

  1. Required Items:
    1. A scan or photo of your receipt/invoice
      1. Please ensure it clearly shows:
        1. Purchase Date
        2. Your Product
        3. Location and Store Name Purchased From
    2. Email address
    3. Your Serial Number
      1. Select one of the following (click the heading to expand the section and follow the steps):
        1. I know My Serial Number

          Head to https://support.midlandpowerinc.com/ and click on Product Registration

          Please input your serial number and email address in the form to begin your registration.

          Serial Number Not Found

          If you input your serial number and get the error message ‘Serial number not found’ please try the following: 

          -Midland Power Serial Numbers are 12-16 characters long and start with the SKU/Model
          -Verify that all digits are correct
          -Try the number 0 (zero) instead of the letter O (or vice-versa)
          -Please use the 'Where can I find my serial number?' feature to identify your serial number format and length

          If you still cannot find your serial number please refer to your owner's manual to confirm whether your product is supported by Midland Power or by someone else. If it is supported by Midland Power you will see one or more of these three identifiers on the inside front or rear cover of the manual:

          -Our toll free phone number 1-877-528-3772

          -A Midland or Midland Power logo

          -Text stating ‘This product is supported by Midland Power’ 

          If you can confirm it's supported by Midland Power and you are still getting the error ‘Serial number not found’ please Contact Us and choose Product Registration as the Support Type and we will help resolve the issue.

           
           
           
        2. I Need Help Finding My Serial Number on my Machine

          If you don't know your serial number follow these steps:

          Head to https://support.midlandpowerinc.com/ and click on Product Registration

          Click on the ‘Where can I find my serial number?’ link.

           

          It will bring up a search for Brand and Model. Select your Brand then under Model scroll to find yours or start typing to narrow down the list

          Product/Model/SKU Not Found

          If you cannot find your SKU/Product/Model in the list it's possible your product is not supported by Midland Power.

          Please refer to your owner's manual to confirm whether your product is supported by Midland Power or by someone else. If you no longer have your owner's manual please check the product listing from the place of purchase. If it is supported by Midland Power you will see one or more of these three identifiers on the inside front or rear cover of the manual:

          -Our toll free phone number 1-877-528-3772

          -A Midland or Midland Power logo

          -Text stating ‘This product is supported by Midland Power’ 

           

           

          Press Next to see an image of where your serial number is located as well as the format and number of characters your serial number will contain

          Once you have that exit the Serial Locator by clicking on the x or tapping into the grey space above.

          Then input your Serial Number and Email to begin your registration

           

           

           
           

 

**Note - When uploading your receipt/invoice ensure it clearly shows:

-Purchase Date

-Your Product

-Location and Store Name Purchased From

 

You will receive a confirmation email after successful submission. Then after it's been reviewed by us you will get another email with the status update whether it's been approved.

*Note: During peak busy seasons like spring or winter it may take several weeks to get to your product registration. If this is an urgent registration required for a repair or warranty claim please Contact Us to expedite.
