How to Order Parts Online

- Go to https://midlandpowerinc.com/pages/our-retailers and choose your brand
- If your brand is not listed you can check: https://parts.midlandpowerinc.com/parts
- On Your Brand Site if you do not see ‘Parts’ in the top header bar you may need to go to Support>Buy Parts which will take you to the parts site. Once there click on ‘Parts’ as shown in the below example
*Note: Pressing back in your browser (or on your mouse) will exit the parts application from here on, use the navigation elements instead to navigate.
- Type in your Serial Number and click Search
- If the serial number is incorrect or you do not have access to it (it is damaged etc.) then choose the ‘OR Browse all Units’ option right below the Enter Serial Number box
- Take note of the warning we cannot guarantee parts compatibility if you are not searching via your Serial Number

*Note: If you can't find your model and the serial number says incorrect it may not be supported by Midland Power
Please double check your user manual for a support number or contact info.
- Then choose the appropriate category tab for your product (entering your serial number will bring you straight to your model's diagrams with the correct revision skipping this step)

You will now see your model's diagrams displayed

There you can search the diagram for a part or a SKU, for example the carburetor for this MP0130 lawn mower
- Select your Quantity desired using the + and - buttons then click Add to Cart
- Once back at the main support site screen click on the Cart
- If you are happy with your quantity and items click Proceed to Checkout, otherwise click Edit Cart to change quantities or remove items
- Complete your information, once you have all your address information filled out the Shipping Methods will load and provide detailed quotes as shown below as options as well as the flat rate $200 Carrier Freight option. Choose the Shipping Method desired and press next.

- Once you've selected a payment method press Place Order to place your order👍. Our team will do their best to process your order within 2 business days.
If you are having trouble with your order please give a team member the Cart Code as shown below to help us review your order faster. You can find your Cart Code after you click View and Edit Cart after clicking on the Shopping Cart Icon.
